That moment when you realize that the need to be in control of everything comes from a place of fear. Not where I have to have my hands in everything, but in planning and knowing what the plan is. It's crazy how you can recognize all kinds of fear and yet totally disregard the need to have things worked out a certain way, or have at least 3 different ways to work it out is all stemmed from the same place. FEAR. Yeah, I think it's about that time me and you break up. You no longer serve a purpose in my life or anybody attached to it. In fact, you have officially been served and you are now trespassing. GO!
Have you ever noticed out of all the fruits of the spirit it only has one type of control? One. Self-control. Out of all the controls to have, it only speaks of you to have control over self. In fact, I do not know what part of the fruit of the spirit you can have without self-control. It takes self-control for all of them. There are so many things out of your control that you will stress yourself out trying to control that to. Friend, let it GO!
Hi Gifty, is there something that you feel is most responsible for your success? There are a few important factors behind my success. The most important factor is God and prayer. These things are the very foundation of my business and without them I wouldn’t have a business. My husband is a major factor who has been one of my biggest supporters and I am grateful and honored to have him through this journey. I can’t forget my sister, my friends and my family who constantly supports me. All of these have been the reason I keep pushing forward even when I don’t feel I can. I love them all!

Everybody is not your enemy, everybody is not trying to take advantage of you, Everybody is not talking about you, Everybody does not want what you have or want to be like you, you do not have to do life alone, women can be friends, men can trust other men and YOU absolutely can deal with people!
Distractions, distractions, distractions. Constantly doing the most to grab your attention and keep it. There are so many social outlets filled with entertainment and information, activities to keep you busy and going and not have time for yourself, or your mind being a playground for unnecessary thoughts.
It's time to get rid of all the negative thoughts. PERIOD. Seriously, what does it really do for you. Nothing. It keeps you in a place of nothing. Producing nothing. Literally in math if you multiply 0 times any number you get 0. What's that? Nothing. So I'm choosing to say goodbye to nothing land and hello to You are WONDERFULLY MADE!
Soooo.. yeah about that self sabotage. There is something serious about the thoughts that you allow to take residence in your mind. We can make one decision that can change the trajectory of our life and come into alignment with our destiny. With another decision, add on stress, pain, forfeit mental stability and have no peace or joy to make it through the day.
