Silent NO MORE

Blog, silent no more

There is a sound on the inside of you that is meant to shift the very atmosphere that you reside in.  You have to believe and know that there is literally LIFE in the power of your tongue waiting to produce, create, heal, deliver, bring peace too and declare truth!

 Silent means:

1. not (expressed) aloud.

Voice means:

1. express (something) in words.

And a Silent Voice means to not express that power that activates Victory!

I was reading and studying one night and this scripture in Esther hit me like a ton of bricks.

Esther 4:14 AMP

"For if you remain silent at this time, liberation and rescue will arise for the Jews from another place, and you and your father's house will perish [since you did not help when you had the chance].  And who knows whether you have attained royalty for such a time as this [and for this very purpose]?"

The context of this scripture is during a time when one of the King's men Haman, set out to destroy all the jews.  The Queen at the time, Esther, was a jew and her people reached out to her to say something to the King.  Esther was in position where her voice could not just save herself, but her household and all of the jews as a whole.  Victory was attached to her voice.  Peace was attached to her voice.  LIFE literally was attached to her voice.  A silent voice would not only allow a nation to be destroyed, but she would miss this specific opportunity to be used for the Greatness she may have been created for.  Esther had some choices to make.  Either to keep silent about things that were happening outside of her control or to say something.  Her approach was everything.  She expressed her concerns of what could happen to her, but she didn't allow that to stop her from making a decision to say something to the King.  Esther also asked (voiced) that her people including those who served her would join her in fasting and PRAYING before she voiced her request to the King.

This reminded me of the importance of all aspects of my relationship with God, my Yes and the bigger picture.  Sometimes we are so focused on the present situations that we miss what God is doing in the bigger picture.  Or maybe you don't understand what is happening in the present and you can't see a future or the bigger picture.  Friend let me tell you, there is a bigger picture and your voice may be key to rescuing not only your life, but the life of generations to come.  Don't get so busy moving doing the things you believe you should do, that you don't take time to ask God or the Holy Spirit what you should be doing, or the strategy you need to do it.

The plans you have or reason for doing something may change and the bigger picture may come knocking at your door asking you to Say Something.  Will you be ready?  Will you remain silent?  Will you be able to take the time needed to allow the bigger picture to develop and position the people needed to influence other bigger pictures?

If you read the rest of the chapters following the fourth chapter, you will see how her Uncle, Mordecai became favored and second in command to the King (her husband), the Jews were saved from being totally destroyed and how the Jews gained power over them that tried to slaughter them.  All because Esther made a decision to not be Silent, she PRAYED and fasted with the other jews who joined her in the process, used wisdom, and used her VOICE!

Sometimes your VOICE is what's needed to activate some things in your life.  Meaning you have to go beyond those silent prayers and OPEN UP YOUR MOUTH and Pray!  Silent NO MORE could also mean using your voice in prayer, interceding (praying on someone's behalf), declaring (having authority with what you are saying), binding (canceling things that has spiritual illegal access) and loosing (releasing the things that has legal spiritual access) in your life.  This is also why I loved that Esther called for the jews and her servants to fast and pray with her.  She understood some keys (principles) to obtaining the level of Victory they needed!  Something happens when you pray.  Not just the things you pray about, but on the inside of you.  You get a little bolder, your place of despair or worry becomes a but I trust you God!  The position or posture you started in may turn into pure joy, gratefulness and giving thanks because He is just that good!

Psalm 107:2 AMP

Let the redeemed of the Lord say so

You were meant to Say SO!  Whatever your Say SO is, I encourage you to Say it!  Believe that you have something to say and be Silent NO MORE!

Prayer:

Thank you Father that you are the creator over all things.  It is by you that all things were created and you created us in the image of you.  You said that death and life are in the power of the tongue.  Thank you for your holy spirit being with us to reveal all truth and wisdom on what to say or not say and when to say the things that bring life.  We take joy in knowing that when we don't know what to say, your holy spirit gives us the words to say and pray.  Let only life be upon our tongues that we may bring life with our words that we speak.  Thank you for the boldness to not be silent in places where victory, peace, healing or joy may be released.  May we be able to influence the generations to come to also be silent no more, but speak of the things that you would have them to speak.  Pray the things that you would have them to pray.  You are the source of all things and the reason we have something to say.  May we choose to trust you in all things and continue to be available to be used by you.  In Jesus name, Amen.

You are ROYALTY! You can choose it.

It has already chosen YOU...

1 Peter 2:9

But you are a chosen race, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, a people for God’s own possession, so that you may proclaim the excellencies of Him who has called you out of darkness into His marvelous light;

  • Pray and ask God to reveal areas where you can use your voice.
  • Be open to the places or ways where you may not see or believe your voice is to be used. Remember there is a bigger picture to your present moment.
  • Find and pray scriptures that speaks about using your voice to gain confidence in the value of your voice.
  • Connect with people who use, know, or teach the importance of your voice, prayer and the word.  This will help increase your faith and identity of who you are and learn to study and gain strategy in using your voice.
  • Journal your journey and be Silent NO MORE!

Don't forget to comment and share with me how this may have helped you.

Prayer is a way that I have learned to get through, conquer and overcome many things.

The Lord bless you, and keep you [protect you, sustain you, and guard you];  The Lord make His face shine upon you [with favor], And be gracious to you [surrounding you with lovingkindness];  The Lord lift up His countenance (face) upon you [with divine approval], And give you peace [a tranquil heart and life].

Numbers 6:24-26
