Returns & Exchanges
If for some reason you are not happy with your GIFTKEYSROCK product, please immediately fill out our Returns & Exchange Form below. If you need assistance with the process contact us via email at: info@giftkeysrock.com
Refunds and exchanges are available for non-custom work only if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your items, and we receive the items back within 30 days of your order. All pieces must be in the same condition as when sent to you. Custom work is generally non refundable.
Submit a return request
Click the profile icon in the store's navigation, or go to the refund policy or a returns page, and then request a return.
1. Log in to your account:
1. In the Email field, enter your email address, and then click Continue.
2. In your email account, open the email sent from our store and copy the six-digit verification code included in the email.
3. Go back to the online store, and then enter a six-digit verification code.
2. Click the order that you want to submit the return for.
3. If your order has more than one item, then select the items that you want to return.
4. Select a return reason and add a note for the store.
5. Click Request return.
If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned, you receive a refund.

You can return your items if you notify us within 14 days within receipt of your shipment and return items within 30 days of your order. Custom work is generally non refundable.

- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts, promotional items or customized work are not returnable! Do NOT ship any products if you have not notified us within 14 days or if you do not have an Approved Return.
ARE THERE ANY CHARGES FOR RETURN?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
HOW SOON WILL I GET MY REFUND?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
