You can return your items if you notify us within 14 days within receipt of your shipment and return items within 30 days of your order. Custom work is generally non refundable. They must be in original condition For clothing, unwashed and unworn In the original packaging Free gifts, promotional items or customized work are not returnable! Do NOT ship any products if you have not notified us within 14 days or if you do not have an Approved RMA.

There are no charges for return. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your return request is approved and requires shipping, then you receive an email with shipping instructions and a return shipping label. After the product is returned (if you are approved) then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
