Refunds and exchanges are available for non-custom work only if you notify us within 14 days of receiving your items, and we receive the items back within 30 days of your order. All pieces must be in the same condition as when sent to you. Custom work is generally non refundable.
Every return must be issued a RMA# before the Return or Exchange approval can be processed. Once you received an Approval RMA, please carefully send your product in mailable package or box and ship to:

Be sure to get tracking numbers for everything you ship to GIFTKEYSROCK. Enclose a copy of your receipt and an Approved RMA#. GIFTKEYSROCK is not responsible for return shipping fees.
How do I return?

- You will get a confirmation email with the shipping guidelines once the return request is approved
What items are returnable?
You can return your items if you notify us within 14 days within receipt of your shipment and return items within 30 days of your order. Custom work is generally non refundable.

- For clothing, unwashed and unworn
- In the original packaging
Free gifts, promotional items or customized work are not returnable! Do NOT ship any products if you have not notified us within 14 days or if you do not have an Approved RMA.
Are there any charges for return?
- There are no charges for return
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping
How soon will I get my refund?
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied original method of payment, within 10 working days.
